1. 対象と利用条件
本規約は Emberford の利用と有料 AI サービスに適用します。提供者の氏名・住所・連絡先は特定商取引法に基づく表記に記載します。本サービスの利用対象は18歳以上です。18歳未満の方は利用できません。提供元が認める地域・用途の範囲内で利用してください。
2. 無料アプリと有料 AI
文書の作成・編集・保存・書出しなどアプリ本体は無料です。有料 AI は Emberford AI による生成・文書との対話・意味検索、および対応する外部 AI のキーを利用者が設定して使う機能（BYOK）を対象とします。お試しはありません。音声（Live）はこのプランに含まれず、上位プランで提供予定です。本番音声は未公開です。
BYOK の外部 API 料金は各提供元から別途請求され、購読料金に含まれません。現行配布版には会員の有料権利による制限を適用しない BYOK の経路があります。購読ですべての BYOK が初めて利用可能になると保証しません。
月ごとの利用上限があり、アカウントタブで使用率を確認できます。処理量に応じた日ごとの上限もあり、利用回数は1日100回・月1,000回までです。生成と索引作成は共通の利用枠を使用し、日次・月次の基準は UTC です。上限到達、保守、外部提供元の障害等により利用できない場合があります。
3. 価格・支払い・自動更新
価格は月額 $8・年額 $80（USD）です。税の扱いと最終支払額は Polar の購入画面の表示に従います。支払方法を含め、購入直前に確認してください。決済と請求は再販・決済事業者 Polar が扱い、Polar の購入者規約も適用されます。初回は購入時、以後は選択した月次または年次の更新日に請求され、解約するまで同じ周期で自動更新します。決済確認と利用権の反映後に AI を提供します。支払いに問題がある場合は AI が停止することがあります。
4. 解約・返金
設定の「アカウント」から「購読管理」を開き、Polar Customer Portal で次回更新前に解約してください。通常の解約では現在の契約期間の末日まで AI を利用でき、次回更新は行いません。ログアウトは解約にはなりません。Portal のプラン変更・一時停止は提供しません。
利用者都合による任意の返金や残期間の日割り返金は行いません。ただし、法令上認められる取消し・解除・返金等の救済や、Polar が行う予防返金その他の正当な処理を妨げません。問題がある場合は [email protected] または Polar の購入者向け窓口へご連絡ください。
5. チャージバック・不正利用
チャージバックが確認された場合、対象契約の AI 利用権を直ちに停止する方針です。停止は当該契約の範囲で扱い、他の契約への一括停止を定めません。発生通知の到達時間や全端末・BYOK 経路の即時停止を保証するものではありません。不正利用や提供元規約違反の場合も必要な範囲で利用を制限することがあります。
6. AI 出力・利用者の責任
AI の回答は誤りや不適切な内容を含むことがあり、正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。利用者は出力を確認し、必要に応じて専門家へ相談してください。他者の権利を侵害する入力や違法な利用は禁止します。利用者は文書の権利とバックアップを管理してください。データ送信・保持についてはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
7. 責任・変更・窓口
法令で認められる範囲において、外部サービスの障害、AI 出力への依拠等による損害について責任を制限します。故意・重過失に関する責任や法令上排除できない消費者の権利を免除するものではありません。価格・規約・重要な提供条件の変更は、適用法令に従って適用時期と内容を事前に案内します。お問い合わせ: [email protected]。

1. Scope and eligibility
These terms cover Emberford and its paid AI service. Provider identity, address and contact details appear in the sales disclosure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Persons under 18 may not use it. Use is limited to regions and purposes permitted by upstream providers.
2. Free app and paid AI
The document app, including creating, editing, saving and exporting documents, is free. Paid AI covers Emberford AI generation, document conversations and semantic search, and supported external AI features using your own keys (BYOK). No trial is offered. Voice (Live) is not included in this plan and is planned for a higher-tier plan. Production voice is unavailable.
External API charges for BYOK are billed separately by each provider and are not included in the subscription. Current distributed builds include BYOK paths that bypass paid entitlement restrictions. We do not promise that a subscription newly unlocks every BYOK feature.
Monthly usage limits apply; you can check your usage percentage in the Account tab. Daily limits based on processing volume also apply. Requests are limited to 100 per day and 1,000 per month. Generation and indexing share usage allowances; daily and monthly boundaries use UTC. Limits, maintenance and upstream outages may prevent use.
3. Price, payment and renewal
Prices are $8 monthly or $80 annually (USD). Tax treatment and the final amount follow the display at Polar checkout. Check these and the payment methods immediately before purchase. Polar handles resale, payment and billing; its buyer terms also apply. Payment is due at purchase and then on each monthly or annual renewal date selected. The subscription automatically renews at that interval until canceled. AI becomes available after payment confirmation and entitlement synchronization. Payment issues may suspend AI.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Open subscription management in Settings → Account and cancel through the Polar Customer Portal before the next renewal. Ordinary cancellation leaves AI available until the end of the current contract period and prevents the next renewal. Signing out does not cancel the subscription. Plan changes and pauses are not offered through the Portal.
We do not offer discretionary refunds or prorated refunds for unused time at the user's request. This does not limit cancellation, termination, refunds or other remedies required by law, or Polar's preventative refunds and other legitimate actions. 5. Chargebacks and misuse
Our policy is to immediately suspend the affected contract's AI entitlement upon confirmation of a chargeback. Suspension applies to that contract, not automatically to other contracts. This does not guarantee notification arrival times or immediate blocking of every device or BYOK path. Misuse or violations of upstream terms may also lead to restrictions as necessary.
6. AI output and your responsibilities
AI responses may contain errors or inappropriate content. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Review outputs and seek professional advice when needed. Illegal use and inputs infringing others' rights are prohibited. You are responsible for document rights and backups. See the privacy policy for transmission and retention.
7. Liability, changes and contact
To the extent permitted by law, liability for losses arising from external outages or reliance on AI output is limited. This does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights. Changes to prices, terms and material service conditions will be announced in advance with their content and effective timing as required by applicable law. Contact: [email protected].
